1. If you haven't already, complete the online form to express an interest in participating in the study

2. Select a “local lead”, find a “local consultant” and identify other colleagues who will form the Data Collection Team. Email this to the steering group via Ricochetstudy@gmail.com.

 

 

3. Register RICOCHET as an audit with your trust.

 

You may wish to use our pre-prepared answers which can be found in Appendix 5 of our full protocol. 

 

4. Once registered forward the confirmation email to the steering group at Ricochetstudy@gmail.com who will set up your REDCap username and password. Please also inform them of the name, email address and roles of your data collection team for authorship purposes.
