Follow-up for this study is only for the original cohort of patients entered into RICOCHET 1

Please locate the original RICOCHET patient list stored by the Lead Consultant at your centre - this contains the patients name, hospital number and corresponding REDCap ID

You need the original REDCap ID for your patient to be able to enter the follow-up data.

If you identify an error in the original 90-day outcome in REDCap, please amend the data on REDCap under 'RICOCHET 2 - ENTER F/U DATA HERE' and also complete the 'RICOCHET Follow up data reporting tool' via the following link:
